Hello, I'm Natalie Viglione, a "take back our power" kind of action-ist (vs activist since that has a bad ring to it these days ...) especially when it comes to our health!
Taking it back from those that have stolen it. Plus, I am a Master Herbalist In Training! I am a green witch (P.S. the word "witch" means healer and seer) . . .
My natural healing school is taught by a BRILLIANT "Master Jedi Herbalist" as I call him, and it's teaching me ALL about the ancient practices for TRUE HEALTH. I am learning about Traditional Chinese Medicine herbalism, Ayurvedic health, Northern European ancient herbalism knowledge, and the practices of the First Nation's People (or Native Americans).

The only way that we stay healthy is by learning from TRUE HEALERS. The healers that understand how to use the POWER OF GAIA (Earth), not the stolen power of "big pharma" and their synthetics. The corrupt medical system is a TOTAL SCAM and has manipulated us, the people, and we've allowed them to take our power away.
Is there a time and place for trauma care (which MDs know and hospitals do in the ER)... YES, but that isn't about true health and prevention... most of all, it's not about TRULY HEALING....AND SO I BELIEVE IT'S TIME THAT WE SAY NO MORE!
I believe that the QUICKEST way to truly heal and learn how to get your body healthy is to DISRUPT UNHEALTHY PATTERNS and build new habits. It really is as simple as this, but finding the right guidance and healers for your health is the hardest part.
