I recently had the pleasure of being on The Pain Changer Podcast. The show is hosted by Katie Wrigley who embraced the desire to live a pain free life and created a new path to heal herself.
We discussed how I support entrepreneurial humans in reclaiming their power so that they can heal in both their personal and professional lives and be empowered to creatively push their gifts into the world with clarity and intention. We also talked about how I help individuals remember how to be conscious co-creators with the Universe.
In this episode, we explored:
- There is not only one end-all-be-all modality for everyone.
- Everyone is different, so something that works for someone else, may not necessarily work for you.
- The Vagus Nerve is the key to regulating your nervous system and calming your mind and body.
- Meditation does not have to look like for you, what it typically looks like for others. It can be active meditation, yoga, going for a walk in nature without your phone, music, or headphones, going for a run, etc, focusing on your breath, getting out of your mind.
